She is a New York City-based writer/director focused on all genres of comedy. “CRSHD,” Emily’s debut feature film, premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival and is available to stream on Hulu.

She's currently in development on her second RomCom set in Vegas.

As with "The Big Short," I'm drawn to anything slightly experimental.

The quick-cutting collage style of "Beginners" felt reminiscent of (500) Days of Summer and builds out worlds and characters poetically through voiceover and images.
